I bet they would be really good in the tiffin with a French Picnic (e.g., cold meat, ratouille, shredded carrots in vinaigrette, Camembert & grapes), on a day when you could get outside to eat so the decibel factor wouldn't be a problem.

And if cut into long, thin strips they could be grissini and go along with a selection of salumi, olives, and insalata caprese
