Feel free to tell me that I'm not helping, but since it's you who needs to learn & Norm is doing nothing to suit his teaching to that purpose, how is it you are the one in need of an attitude adjustment? Maybe Norm is not capable of teaching in the best way for you, but surely there is some compromise possible, in the interests of efficiency?
