I was trying to count up the number of other single-function gadgets it has replaced--or potentially stands in for. An ebook reader, an iPod, a GPS unit, a flashlight, a kitchen timer, a netbook, a camera, a video recorder, a calendar, a notepad...oh, and a phone.

Needless to say, I'm really getting my money's worth.
