You are roughly 1000x more organized than I was when I tried this. *g* Also, though I suspect you do not need one more thing to make your life even busier, I cannot help but recommend tai chi. It's made such an enormous difference in my life, and I wasn't doing it while I was losing weight, but I wish I had. I think it would've made the change of lifestyle easier.
