That's very cool! Congratulations :) And yes, there do seem to be stages where your self perception suddenly resets. I'd been thinking "wow, I'm looking thin!" for months, and then something happened and now I look at myself and think "you're still so fat." But I'm not going to take that as a reliable guide. I remember feeling so fat when I was what I now think of as tiny.

I'm aiming for the upper limits of "normal" too. 11 stone (clothed) should see me there, and there I'll stop, because I really don't want to be too thin either. I like looking robust and don't want to tip over into 'waiflike' :)
