Yes! Comfort is really everything--at least it is to me. I like change and novelty, but I'd be the first to admit that I define those things within my own bounds of comfort--i.e., it's cool and wonderful unless I'm confused or put off by it, at which point it's just too much newness!

I'm pretty wordy too. There's nothing inherent in G+ that prevents wordiness, but it's not (so far) the venue where people are likely to go for long reads. I don't see fanfic turning up there anytime soon. Though I could be wrong.
