I'm really enjoying PoI, at least for now, though I'm not sure how long the premise will hold up. Grimm I mostly watch because it's filmed here, but it's kind of fun, and there are lots of Jossverse and Jossverse-adjacent people involved with it.

And Awake is simply excellent so far!
