verilyvexed suggested that I photograph some of the new-old outfits I'm finding while shopping in my closet. I'm not prepared to photograph myself in them (because I have a very, very long way to go in the self-acceptance department before I'll be sanguine about seeing pictures of myself), but she said, no, I mean, posing the clothes.

So, since I'm home today, being too utterly disgusting with this nasty-ass cold to mix with live human beings in the office, and since the sun is shining in through my living-room window, I decided I could pose yesterday's outfit.

Photo of purple coat, fuchsia jacket, orange t-shirt, black skirt and olive green pashmina arranged on a couch as if people were wearing them. Kind of.

(I left the black high heels at work.)

My sister met me for coffee yesterday while I was wearing this outfit, and said, "Well, there's your new living room color scheme." She might be right. It'd liven the place up, that's for sure.
