Glamour tip for my gray, silver, white and platinum-haired friends: go to the art supply or craft store, get a pot of pearl powder pigment, and mix some of it with your styling goo in the palms of your hands, then put it in your hair. Result: shiny, shiny shiny-ness.
My darling hairstylist, Doug, assures me that it's safe, that he does this trick for glamour styles quite often, and that crumbling cheap eyeshadow up works too.
Caution: probably best to stay away from the toxic pigments. Personally, I'd avoid anything with cadmium, cobalt or chrome in its name.

* Not typos: polari. It's a day for it today; it's all over the bloody place.

Polari. From parlare, roughly. A form of cant. Wow. I had no idea--never heard of it. Fascinating! Am now translating...
Good to see your pretty old ecaf which is face spelled backwards and shortened, woman (or straw mattress--lovely!). Your riah which is hair spelled backwards dresser was right.
Yup, this eek is pretty old, all right. That's why it took me 45 shots to get three that weren't utterly demoralizing, and even then, cropping is my best friend.
See my next post.

Yep, that's me. Isn't it a great cut? I have the best cutter in Portland, I swear. He gets me.

2. We have pretty much the same hair cut. Mine's a little shorter in the back, and your hair looks much thicker than mine, but otherwise the same
3. That's a cool styling tip that I might actually try (using something that works with dyed red hair). I don't have a comb or a hairdryer, but I do use gloop.

You could have all kinds of fun with pigment powders in the red and pink and gold range. If you try it our, I'd love to see what effects you get.
