15/9/08 23:06Oh man, I've found the secret to restoring messed up sleep cycles.
1. Run a bath of approximately body temperature.
2. Add a pound of sea salt.
3. Add four ounces or so of liquid magnesium.
4. Get in.
5. Wait thirty minutes. You can read fic during this interval. Or watch a show. Or chat with a good pal. Or some combination of the above.(Theoretically you could read a completely non-electric book, but I wouldn't know for sure.)
6. Get out.
7. Stagger off to bed, more utterly relaxed--and a whole lot less toxified--than the last time you took a couple of valiums.
