And it's not as if I can't buy relatively authentic packaged ones here--even, I think, in at least one of the same brands I saw on the shelves of the gorgeous supermarkets in your neck of the woods. But homemade are so damned simple. Three ingredients plus water--you have to love such a basic, straightforward food that tastes so wonderful.

This kick had better wear off pretty soon, though. I've been known to get a little out of hand with the cheese and butter.
