There are jolly few complicated activities that can be picked up by a newbie in *one* session. Also, cross-training is designed to identify muscles that you haven't developed yet...so they can hurt.

Zumba is based on Latin dance, and at Latin clubs many of the largest ladies are most admired both as dancers and as hotties.
