I feel so luxurious and self-indulgent right now getting enough sleep and lots of good food and sunshine and exercise

Agreed, apart from the sunshine. It's one of those things I only ever like in theory. I've just never found a balance. I have to be utterly consumed with self-improvement, or anything, really, or it doesn't get done. If you figure that one out, please do let me know. 8D
