I'm really interested in the fact that EFT played a role for you. I don't know if you mentioned that in your posts about your journey or not, but it's not something I picked up on. There is an EFT group at my church, and I went to one out of curiosity. I admit that I am skeptical.

How long have you been using it? Did you have any resistance to EFT that you overcame? Why do you think it's been so important to your success? I've heard more than one person say it has worked for them, but I find myself feeling really silly when I try it.
