Even if it were my job to educate others on this subject, I couldn't do it: this is all very new to me and from everything I can tell, my experience isn't even especially typical. As you say, not the "Aha!" moment; more of a "slightly better fit than other classifications."
But having a name for a previously unnamed aspect of my life certainly has been empowering.
