2/5/09 16:10 (UTC)I will bring a box of them up tomorrow for your expert critique. I'm pretty sure you'll agree that they need to be a tad sweeter, but it's not like they're inedible.
I've learned a lot with this project. And making these little suckers is akin to making Chinese dumplings (or, as I think you said, ravioli)--filling in a dough. Hassle-o-rama, but fun.
I need a second Wilton silicone candy-mold "pan" because the one I've got has two dozen cavities, and a regular batch of these would be at LEAST twice that many cookies. Since they bake for nearly an hour, and they're such a production-line project, it would be worth owning the second pan. Now if I could just find another one!
