25/4/10 15:38 (UTC)I don't have uses yet for all the whey that's left over, and I know that stuff is beneficially acidic and has some nutrients, but there are lots of tips online. I've been using one cup of it plus one cup of water to boil rice in. It makes the rice kind of cheesy-tasting, which is delicious if you're going to have it with refried beans. If you compost, it's certainly good in there.
