You know that all fluids (except maybe very strong coffee or alcohol) count towards your total fluids, don't you? It doesn't have to be water.

I've got this lingering belief, gleaned probably from some dreadful magazine, that drinking more fluid helps you lose weight because it prevents fluid retention ...
