The Ink-Pot and the Palette

I haven't used any of the Truth Statements yet. I've just been focusing on either generalities like "love" or "joy" or I have been focusing on healing a specific physical condition that is bothering me. While doing the codes, I will get mental images, memories coming up, or feelings and so I let those just be there until they go away. When I try to call them back after I'm done, there is no intensity there - just like with EFT.

I did have a major depressive incident last night like I haven't had in many years so I don't know if that is related to doing the codes or to some music I was playing around with (solfeggio harmonics). I ended up putting on some joyful music (from Abraham Hicks) and it cleared up within the first song.
