darkemeralds: Melted chocolate in a pot (Chocolate)

Recipe time. I mentioned these the other day and so here, let me share my vices with you.

Chocolate hazelnut little freezer square candy thingies





Ingredients
  • 100 grams of milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of roasted unsalted hazelnuts
Tools
  • Grinder/blender
  • Molds (like these silicone ones, or little candy papers--something you can peel back)
  • Freezer

Chocolate, hazelnuts, a grinder and a candy mold laid out

Put the two ingredients into the blender cup:

Grind them into a sticky paste:

Pour into your little molds or candy papers:

Put them in the freezer for a while:

Unmold for handy eating.
Small square chocolates, unmolded and arranged on a plate, ready to be devoured

The gianduja is really soft and melty, so store any uneaten ones in the fridge or freezer (they're delicious and still very bite-able when frozen). You might actually want to use a fork to eat them.
