The ganache had set up by this morning and I shall proceed with "coussin"-making as soon as my Perfection Strips (http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/product.aspx?T=1&productId=625575) arrive.

I know, I know. I bought a single-purpose kitchen gadget, totally against Project Empty principles. *sighs* What can I say? "Throes of enthusiasm" is my only excuse.
