Summer TV worth watching

It looks like Tim Minear's new show, "The Inside," will start on Fox, Wednesday June 8 at 9:00. Herc at Ain't It Cool News is practically wetting himself with excitement.

Can't say I blame him. 'Cause when Tim Minear says there's something wrong with a proposed show's very DNA, and then is given free rein to rebuild it from the ground up, you know you're in for a treat.

And Adam Baldwin! And Katie Finneran! Watch it quick. Because Fox? [extended] Jossverse? Never a long-lived combination.

I have exactly the same thought! I'm making space for it on my shelf alongside Wonderfalls, Firefly, Keen Eddie, The Lone Gunmen...

Some really great small DVD sets come out of Fox's gorram stupidity, though, I have to say.
